Judy Foreman is originally from Chicago, but moved to Los Angeles in the mid 1970s where she became a partner in a fashion accessories manufacturing business. A resident of Montecito California since 1988 Judy has been a regular columnist for the Montecito Journal since 1998 writing about fitness, beauty, health, new businesses, fashion, and people profiles. She is a feature writer for Santa Barbara Magazine, a former columnist with the Santa Barbara News Press and an active member in national and local nonprofit organizations. She has 3 children; Julia, Robert and Elizabeth.
